Blog tag code written

I've now written the blog tags code. Its all in at the back at the moment. I still need to utilise the tags at the front. Tags are a great way of organising data as they are chosen by the user. Tags can be searched faster than plain text and also used to link together related articles (those articles sharing the same tags).
